Astra International Recommendation Buy, CLSA Coverage

PT Astra International (ASII IJ), the nation’s biggest automotive retailer, gained 2.5 percent to 52,550 rupiah, providing the biggest boost to the composite index. Astra was rated “buy” in new coverage at CLSA Asia-Pacific Markets. 

Astra’s automotive earnings will still grow and the company, whose units also produce palm oil and coal, will also benefit from rising commodity prices, Sarina Lesmina and Dewi Kusuma, CLSA analysts, wrote in a report dated Dec. 20.

Indonesia 2011 cement consumption seen rising 6 pct - industry

Indonesia's domestic cement consumption is expecting to grow 6 percent in 2011 from an estimated 40 million tonnes in 2010, the chairman of the Indonesian Cement Association (ASI) said on Tuesday.

The finance ministry sees economic growth next year at 6.4 percent from 6 percent expected in 2010.

Djarum Group buys BCA shares worth $382 mln-sources

Djarum Group, Indonesia's biggest conglomerate, bought 515 million shares of PT Bank Central Asia (BBCA.JK), the nation's biggest lender by market value, worth 3.45 trillion rupiah ($382 million), increasing its stake to 50.24 percent on Monday, said two sources with direct knowledge to the deal.

The group, which is owned by Indonesia's richest Hartono family with personal wealth about $11 billion according to Forbes, bought the shares at 6,700 rupiah per share from undisclosed investors facilitated by Credit Suisse (CSGN.VX), said one source who declined to be named as the detail is not public yet.

The price was 1.5 percent higher than BCA's Monday closing share price at 6,600 rupiah. Shares of BCA have increased 31 percent so far this year but underperformed the broader market .JKSE, up 40 percent.

The conglomerate via PT Tricipta Mandhala Gumilang and PT Caturgurwiratna Sumapala -- which are also the majority shareholders of tower operator PT Sarana Menara Nusantara (TOWR.JK) -- bought BCA shares after it sold some of its stakes in Sarana via private placement in early December raising $368 million. Bumi to repay $600 mln debt in Dec, $1 bln in 2011

Indonesia's Bumi Resources plans to repay $600 million debt this month and another $1 billion next year, said director Dileep Srivastava.

"We, together with Vallar , plan to pay up our debt to China Investment Corp as soon as possible. Our target is to be debt-free by 2013," Srivastava told Reuters. Source: Reuters

Medco Target Price Set To IDR 3,200

PT Medco Energi Internasional (MEDC IJ): Indonesia’s biggest listed oil company was rated “hold” in new coverage at Daiwa Securities Capital Markets Co., which said the stock “appears expensive” compared with its peers and the company will have poor production growth until 2015. The brokerage set a share-price estimate of 3,200 rupiah, according to a report by analyst Adrian Loh.

Rekomendasi Beberapa Sekuritas, 21 Desember 2010


Untuk esok, empat sekuritas ternama memberikan proyeksi soal kondisi perdagangan bursa, berikut saham-saham pilihan yang patut dicermatin para investor. 

1. Reliance Securities
Meningkatnya eskalasi ketegangan di Semenanjung Korea dan masih tingginya tingkat ketidakpastian dari krisis sovereign debt di Eropa yang tak kunjung mereda memberikan tekanan pada pasar saham di kawasan Asia. IHSG kemarin ditutup turun 12,75 poin (-0,36%) ke level 3.568,8. Investor asing tercatat melakukan net selling sebesar Rp 58,2 miliar. Hari ini IHSG berpotensi bergerak naik dan berada di kisaran 3.558–3.580.
 
2. Trimegah Securities
Pergerakan bursa regional yang berada pada area negatif dan net selling asing menekan IHSG kemarin. Namun dengan stochastic yang berada di area oversold, minat beli dapat tumbuh sehingga menopang laju indeks. Untuk hari ini IHSG akan bergerak di kisaran 3.531-3.594 dengan saham pilihan AALI dan JSMR.

3. E-Trading Securities
Jika kita lihat dari chart, dapat dikatakan support kuat IHSG berada di kisaran 3.529. Ini terbukti setiap kali IHSG mendekati angka tersebut terjadi rebound. Indikator stochastic berada di area oversold dan RSI menunjukkan IHSG berada di area bearish, sehingga kita dapat melakukan pembelian untuk short term. IHSG hari ini akan berada di kisaran 3.529–3627 dengan saham-saham yang dapat diperhatikan antara lain ASII, KLBF, BNBR, dan CPIN.

4. Sinar Mas Sekuritas
IHSG pada perdagangan kemarin kembali ditutup melemah 0,36%, pada level 3.568. Pada perdagangan hari ini, IHSG bergerak fluktuatif dengan kisaran 3.512-3.594. Saham-saham yang dapat diperhatikan adalah ASII dan INTP.

  • Para analis optimistis dengan proyeksi laba ke depan bahwa kontribusi dari unit CPO (27%) dapat offset penurunan dari unit penjualan mobil (26%) bila pembatasan BBM diberlakukan nanti.
  • Kelihatanya emiten dengan market cap terbsesar di IHSG akan menjadi trigger untuk IHSG kembali berbalik arah.
  • Entry: (1) Rp 50.750, Entry (2) Rp 49.700, Cut loss point: Rp 48.750
 
2.   Bank BRI (BBRI) (BUY): (Target: Rp 10.400) (Close 20/12 Rp 10.000)
  • Koreksi 20% dari all time high di Rp 12.300 akibat melambatnya pertumbuhan kredit di Q3 2010 (akibat pembayaran dini oleh debitor) terasa berlebihan.
  • Valuasi PER 2010 sekarang terpangkas menjadi 14x, di bawah pemain mikro segmen besar lainnya seperi BDMN, yang diperdagangkan di 16x, namun BBRI memiki rasio profitabiltas (ROE/NPM) lebih tinggi.
  • Entry (1) Rp 10.000, Entry (2) Rp 9.850, Cut loss point: Rp 9.700
 
3.   Indofood Sukses Makmur (INDF) (BUY): (Target: Rp 4.750) (Close 20/12 Rp 4.475)
  • Valuasi yang murah (PER 2010 13x) dengan rasio profitabiltas (ROE 26%) di atas average, dan market cap besar merupakan daya tarik untuk investor asing yang mencari blue chip dengan prospek cerah yang sudah turun lumayan banyak (20% selama 2 bulan terakhir)
  • Entry: (1) Rp 4.475, Entry (2) 4.375, Cut loss point: Rp 4.275
 
4.   Semen Gresik (SMGR) (BUY) (Target: Rp 9.700) (close20/12 Rp 9.300)
  • Outlook pertumbuhan semen yang masih optimistis serta valuasi PER/PBV 2010 yang termurah di sektornya versus INTP & SMCB membuat Semen Gresik layak akumulasi pasca pullback koreksi minor ini untuk antisipasi technical rebound.
