PT Bumi Resources (BUMI), Indonesia's biggest coal miner by volume, said on Tuesday that it will retain a 75 percent stake in its non-coal assets unit after the unit's initial public offering scheduled later this year.
Bumi said previously that it planned to sell shares in PT Bumi Resources Mineral to raise about $200 million to $300 million to help it repay debt. Source: Reuters
